This one-of-a-kind vase has a cylindrical shape with carved details including hearts, dots, lines, and a swirl, adding depth and character. The exterior blends earthy tones of pale beige and pinkish-red hues, with abstract patterns resembling natural elements like wood grain or eroded stone. The base is wider and slightly flared, providing a sturdy, tripod-like stance. The free-formed rim, enhances its rustic, artisanal appearance. The interior has a smoother finish with some speckled glazing.

This piece was crafted using the slab-building technique with stoneware clay, where flat sheets of clay are shaped and joined to form the structure. The unique, one-of-a-kind design comes from a fascinating painting process—layering colors that trigger a chemical reaction, likely during firing, resulting in that striking, explosive effect with the swirling pink and textured drips. This technique adds an element of unpredictability, making each piece a true artistic surprise!
